Switzerland, April 2008. I decide to improve my ski fitness. I buy a gym membership, start lifting (very light) weights everyday, and start reading articles about nutrition and fitness.
Sydney, 2017. After 9 years of training, I am much fitter and can lift "decent" weights. But I am putting a lot of time and effort and am not getting any closer to my fitness targets. I am also frustrated with the poorly researched, wrong or conflicting information that I can find on nutrition and so-called healthy lifestyles.
Time for a change. I immerse myself into online courses from organisations that are recognised for their cutting-edge expertise in nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices, backed-up by years of clinical experience and well-documented research. I qualify as a nutritionist and health coach, with 3 certifications:

LCHF in Clinical Practice (Nutrition Network)
Primal Health Coach (Mark Sisson's Primal Health Coach Institute)
I change my nutrition and smash my all-time fitness targets in 6 months, without much pain. I wish I had known all this back in 2008...
But nutrition is only part of a healthy lifestyle. A few more courses and continuing education in stress management, breathing techniques, aromatherapy (essential oils) and functional medicine and it is now time for me to share my knowledge and experience to help others optimise their health and well-being.
